Get some answers to some common questions.
Use the login link at the top right of the screen to log in to the website. Once logged in, you can click on your avatar or initials in the top right and select "Manage My Account." This will take you to your account page where you will see a large button that says, "View My Promo Codes." Click that and you will see all promo codes associated with your Fan Cult account!
Is your password your child's birthday? Did you forget their birthday? It happens to us all. To reset your password, click on LOGIN on the top menu. On the login screen, click on I FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD. Enter your email address and click the RESET PASSWORD BUTTON. Check your email and you should have a temporary password to login with. Go back to the site and login with your temporary password.
We ask that you allow 2-3 weeks to receive your merch. We expect it to get there sooner, but please be patient. If it's been more than 3 weeks and you have not received your welcome or renewal merch, please create a support ticket using the "Help" button on the bottom right corner of this page. Log in to the website and click/hover on your initials or avatar (if you uploaded a pic) on the top right corner of the screen. Select "Manage My Account." On that screen, you will see a column called "Fan Cult Renewal." In this column you can see your membership expiration date, and you can click on "Extend Now" to make sure you don't expire!
